VRM was formed in 2006 to provide a focused set of services related to the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) and general petroleum related environmental compliance support. Our services include a wide variety of training services, plan and procedure development, standard operating procedure development, auditing and direct waste management support with a focus on the environmental compliance needs related to petroleum terminals and used oil facilities. Collectively our staff has over 60 years of Environmental Compliance and Residual Management experience.
